Shipping & Delivery
We use Post Haste Couriers for the majority of our deliveries. We can arrange alternative shipping for larger orders, or at your request. Freight charges are on-charged to you at cost.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (Midnight) (NZST) for in-stock items with normal or express delivery will be processed the following business day in order of receipt.
Where any requested stock item is not available at the time of ordering we will contact you to discuss any potential delay to your order. Please note that orders requiring repacks can take up to a week to process which will be made at our discretion. We will contact you in respect of any stock item that cannot be immediately supplied.
Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding NZ Holidays).
Tracking/Estimated Delivery Times
Post Haste operates an overnight delivery to all non-rural South Island destinations after pick up (from our premises in Appleby Nelson) each business day.
North Island deliveries are 2 day delivery (standard), or express/overnight for a higher tariff.
A track and trace email notification is sent to you by Post Haste for dispatches that enter their delivery system each day. Via the link provided you can track the progress of your shipment.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.
Kindly understand that a delay may occur if your cart order total (added to any other open invoices) exceeds the credit limit that we have placed on your trade credit account. We ask that you immediately call us to establish how we can accommodate your order within the bounds of our credit policies if a credit limit has been exceeded.
